Sunday in "Sunny" Florida

This morning in the worship hour the pastor interviewed Jim Caviezel, the actor who portrayed Jesus in "The Passion of the Christ". He gave his testimony about how he got the part of Jesus and how it effected his life in many ways. It was very interesting.
This is the group of us after lunch. We meet two other couples , one from Georgia and the other from Oklahoma, who we went to seminary with over 24 years ago. We were all young couples then with small children and now two of the couples are grandparents! Where does the time go?
We all see each other once or twice a year!
This is my husband with one of his favorite preachers, Junior Hill from Alabama. If you have never heard him preach, you certainly have missed a great blessing!

We drove down to St. Augustine after church. It is interesting because of the military landmarks. It has an old fort and an old town full of quaint little shops. I will post some more pictures of the treasure we found there later!
