O Happy Day!

For the next few days our roles are being reversed with Kelly and Scott. We not only will be taking care of Harper for a week but we are responsible for sending them daily pictures of their baby girl so they don't forget what she looks like!! A little joke!!

It gets more difficult to get a good picture of her by herself because she won't sit still for a minute and this was the best I could do going out the door to church this morning! We're lucky we got there at all! Boy, I had forgotten all involved in getting out the door with an infant. I had diaper bags, extra clothes, lunch bag, camera bag(just in case) and my purse. What a spiritual preacher's wife I am.....I forgot my Bible! Lands sake!! Lucky we have pew Bibles!!
No, Kelly, we are not allowing Harper to go around "Nekked"! This was after we got home from church and I was changing her clothes and had to run upstairs and get them so Papa took over! She was in such a good mood even though she had no sleep since 5:30 this morning!

These two pictures above were made this morning at breakfast! Boy, did she eat good!

Kelly and Scott, my prayer for you is that you have a wonderful trip to El Salvador. Don't worry a wit about Harper's care! Just like as with the Lord, she's in good hands!
She is such a bright and shining light in our lives. I can't tell you the joy she has already brought to us. We appreciate the honor you have given us to let us keep her. Now, go and do the Lord's work! We are praying for you!

You are SUCH a great grandmother and mother! I love reading your posts that I found off of Kelly's Korner. I feel like I know all of you---and it is a pleasure! My parents have a cabin in Cotter on the White River so I know Flippin well. It's truly God's country!
Enjoy this great week watching Harper. I'm sure she's loving it every bit as much as you two are! God Bless

Hi Grandma Judy! Oh what fun you will have this week with Harper!

It will be hard for Scott and Kelly to be without her I'll bet,...cuz she is such a huge part of their lives.

But God will give them grace and they will be used of Him in a great way while they are there I'm certain.

Loved the pictures and especially the one with her Papa.

Enjoy your week,...I know you will be tired at the end of it, but it will sure be worth all of the joy she will bring you.

I will join you in prayers for Scott and Kelly while they are away on their mission trip. You were right to tell them that Harper is in good hands!!

I LOVED seeing Miss H today. She is so precious... but you already know that. Dave and I decided it was "grandbaby" day at church today... there were so many there!

Harper is going to be so "chawed" when she sees that picture of her "nekked"!

Have fun! My mom would be so jealous of you. She is coming to help me in a few weeks when I have surgery. I think she is looking forward to my surgery so she can have Evie to herself. HA! Praying for Scott and Kelly.
