Try To Remember

Can I give some helpful hints to you young parents in your twenties/thirties?  Try to remember how to put together all those baby items.............

..................'cause you will be doing it all over again with grandbabies in your 50's/60's!!!!!

I have friends my age (and above) who can fit into this category!

Shall I have them ride in the back seat in my(Harper's) new car seat??? :)

I haven't commented before but have been following your blog for a little while, as well as Kelly's.
But I just HAD to comment on this post today because I just think it's TOO hilarious! I love it! And I sure you are loving doing this all over again for your grandbabies. Congratulations. :-)

So true...so glad we remembered how..We have a nursey and littles room at our house....so if they have it at home, we have it here....and EVERYONE has a carseat...

I had to laugh! My mom never weighed more then 90 pounds her whole life! She wore a size 10/12 in girls clothes. I didn't get that gene.

I think your husband is a gem! I've seen his handiwork on Kelly's blog. He is so skilled. You must be so happy getting things ready at home for two girls. Fun times ahead!

Looks like he did a great job getting it together. My bub is needing a new carseat something terrible. I made the mistake of buying an infant carrier that in 8 months time he has already started to outgrow. Wise choice on that seat!

I don't know if I canceled my own comment. Anyway I said your husband is so skilled. I've seen his handiwork on Kelly;s blog. It must be exciting getting ready for two little girls coming to visit. If Hollis turns out to have Harper's personality, you have fun times ahead! I'm sure she will hold her own! I'm very happy for you and your family.

Believe it or not, I weigh 100+ pounds and I actually had to sit in this very car seat yesterday in my daughter's van...long, funny story!

Congrats to you Nonny! Love all your new pictures! Hollis and Harper are both precious and I KNOW you are so so proud!

Love, From One Nonny To Another!

CONGRATULATIONS, NONNY!!! I don't know if Kelly has told you that I made a few photo albums of Harper that she truly enjoyed. Well, this certainly calls for another album in the making!! I love making them and my charge is nothing....just so that you enjoy them is enough for me. So keep sending pics and pretty soon I''ll make another addition to the Stamps family!!

God bless!!

I love it! I got so tickled with my Mom putting baby seats, then toddler seats, and now booster seats in her car. She was so cute having me inspect it to make sure it was safe enough. I know you all are having fun with those babies!

I can so identify with that post! Our home is full of toys, books, baby gates, diapers and wipes - and our lovely car now has two car seats in the back!

This empty nest fills very full. Full of love. Full of thankfulness!

Awwww, I understand totally. We also have two adorable grandchildren and we have the carseat and booster seats in my car; as well as a bedroom set up for them here. We have it all execpt for their "blankets"(you can't have a spare one of these), including toothbrushes, and enough clothes to outfit them for a day or two.

Hi, Mrs. Judy!!

What great parents and grandparents you and your husband are!!! Your children and grandchildren are so very blessed!! I'm just wondering if you would not mind emailing me where you got your crib. I'm in the market for a new crib, and I really like the one you have! If you have a moment, would you please consider emailing me at jmminor at hotmail dot com
